Most of the parts ordered through ETruckstuff.com are shipped to you via FedEx.
In most cases, this allows you to receive your part within approximately five to
seven business days.
All orders will be processed the same day that they are placed (if submitted
during normal business hours) and will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
All orders outside of Texas are tax free. Texas residents will be charged sales
tax at 8.25%
Damaged Products
When your products are damaged in shipping, you will need to file a damage claim
with the SHIPPER, not with ETruckstuff.com. Shipping companies require damage
claims to be filed within FORTY-EIGHT HOURS of delivery. Please retain all
packaging materials in order to support your claim. ETruckstuff.com will gladly
re-ship your part to you, only after receiving payment from the shipping company
on your claim. If your claim is denied by the shipping company, we will NOT be
able to re-ship the product.
Products Lost In Shipping
ETruckstuff.com cannot be held responsible for products lost by a shipping
company. If your product is lost during shipping, you need to file a loss claim
with the SHIPPER, not with Etruckstuff.com. ETruckstuff.com will gladly re-ship
your part to you, only after receiving payment from the shipping company on your
claim. If your claim is denied by the shipping company, we will NOT be able to
re-ship the product.
Over Size Freight Orders
In the event that an item that you order must be shipped ground freight (it is
not FEDEX able). The customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost.
Note: Most ground freight shipments to residential areas are typically double
that of those delivered to commercial areas. So it would be best to have these
items delivered to a place of business.
These items must ship to a residence or place of business, no P.O. boxes.
These items generally require a longer delivery time (10-15 business days).
Non-FedEx UPSable Shipping Adjustments
In the event that your order must be shipped using a ground freight carrier, we
will contact you with the actual shipping cost for that order. At that time you
will have the right to cancel the order and all charges will be credited
accordingly.
RETURNS
We understand that mistakes can happen and unpredictable circumstances can
arise. It is for these reasons that we allow our customers to return ANY item
purchased from us within 14 days, no matter what the reason. Shop with
confidence and feel comfortable in knowing that if you aren't please with your
purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund of the product price
so long as you follow the guidelines listed below.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders.
Any Item Can Be Returned within 14 days provided the customer follow these
guidelines.
Customers must pay the shipping charges to return the item back to us.
We ask that the customer pay the shipping fees to return the item to us. We can
not pay to have the item shipped back to us.
The customer MUST return the item in its original packaging and in its original,
unused condition.
We cannot accept any returned item that is not in its original packaging, or any
item that has been installed. These policies are set forth by the product
manufacturers therefore we cannot accept any returned goods that do not abide
by this policy.
Customers must provide shipping insurance for the full amount of product cost.
To ensure the integrity of the item you are returning to us we ask that you pay
to provide shipping insurance to cover the full price of the item(s) being
returned. More information on this topic can be requested from our returns
department.
Customers MUST Obtain an RGA number from ETruckstuff.com before returning any
item.
We can not accept any item for return without an RGA number from ETruckstuff.com.
We ask that you let us know why you are returning the item(s). If there is a
mistake on our part we'll do whatever it takes to make everything right.
ALL returns requests MUST abide by the steps listed above. No credit will be
given to any return that does not meet the above criteria.
If All criteria is met, we will credit your credit card the amount of the
original purchase, minus the shipping fee.
Canceled Orders
We try to deliver our products in a very timely manner. With this in mind once
the order is submitted they are processed immediately (during normal business
hours). If the order is placed after normal business hours, they are processed
the following morning, which allows more time to cancel. Once the item or items
have been processed and are in line to ship, they can not be canceled. All
Canceled orders will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
